Wong Fei Hung's Sixth Generation Disciple

Sifu Renan Rocca began his training in Western Boxing at the age of 11. Two years later, he enrolled in a Karate Program run by a private school in his native country, Peru. During the late nineties, while searching for a martial art school, he came across Yee’s Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy in Belleville, NJ.  Here he met his Sifu, Clevon Morrisey and became a private student. In 2003 he became an assistant instructor at the branch. Since that time Sifu Renan Rocca has become a sixth generation instructor from Wong Fei Hung, China’s Legendary Hero and risen to role of chief instructor at the Belleville branch. At present, he continues his studies with his Si Gung (Grand Teacher) Master Pedro Cepero Yee, fourth generation From Wong Fei Hung, Senior Disciple and adopted son of Grandmaster Frank Yee (Yee Chi Wai) as well as the association’s president.
